Very poor response and customer service after my Grandmother passed away. This company has ignored all requests (telephone and letters) for information regarding the amount of money that was pre-paid by my Grandmother.
Very Poor customer service. They refuse to help us get a headstone on my nephew's grave. They will not help us at all. Since we ordered the stone elsewhere. Basically trying to force you to pay for one thru them which are VERY expensive compared to where we got it. We even offered to pay them to mount it for us which they refuse. They have no respect for those of us that have lost and buried love ones there. They are only in it for the dollar.
