I was very displeased with this funeral home. The staff was not very professional, nor personable. It seemed all they were concerned about was taking the money for the services, which were way over priced to begin with. We did not have our arrangements through them and because of this, it seemed to take much longer for the process to get going. It took them 6 days to cremate our loved one and get us our death certificates. First we were told Wed or Thurs. it would be ready and then it turned into Friday and they were supposed to call. They never did so members of the family showed up after the allotted time at their place of business and still did not have everything ready for us. They offered no grieving counseling or any form of help.
Everything was handled very well. It was overall a pleasant experience given the conditions.
I do not recommend this funeral home to anyone.
The directors here were a pleasure great to work with. They made sure that I was well informed with everything throughout the whole process.
Everyone at North Brevard Funeral Home was very nice. It's very hard when you're in shock from loosing a partner, but they do their very best to make you feel comfortable and work with you.
The service here was great, and its a beautiful facility. I loved that the crematory was on-site. Once your loved one is in their care, they stay in their care.
