They got poor customer service skills , they don't give you warranties , after you pay it off they want nothing to do with it I didn't own my dresser and bed for a year and they want me to spend more money and that's not fair. I already spent over $ 400 for a broke down tore up dresser and they want me to buy another dresser that's so "brand new" I will NEVER purchase anything else from them.
The furniture is terrible , I bought a dresser 2 months ago and it's falling apart . They won't reach back out to me to come fix it because I paid it off and they know it wasn't put together properly when I purchased it .
I have been a customer of Aarons for a few years now, I highly recommend this store, The staff is so professional, Derick, Avery, Mike etc. They will go out of their way to mke sure you are satisfied.

I was new to Aaron's and had heard horror stories ! But was in a financial situation to try it and so thankful I did , I feel the bad stories are from people who don't pay their bills on time or live hard on the products and don't care to take care of it , where if you take pride in something your buying pay your bills on time you will enjoy your experience. IVORY and RYAN ALWAYS took time in helping me from the start to now they care about everyone as if they were family they want to make sure you make the BEST DECISION not to get into a payment or product that won't fit down the road ! They respect everyone and treat everyone with dignity now a days it's easy to find companies trying to make the quick buck with no concern if they choose the wrong product or monthly pricing it's just a sign here on the dotted line to later find harsh details . IVORY is always going to have your best interest at heart ! I recommend this store and employees to family !
