We have a very safe community and it is run very strictly we have a zero tolerance for drugs and drunks and disrespectful behavior . We have a 90 percent occupancy and most homes are owner occupied.. Sometimes we must do an eviction do to disrespectful humans and they will write a bad review based in their anger and character.. Most of the views on this site are from evicted tenants which are negative and false but reality is ... That this is why they were evicted because we have a zero tolerance for drugs and drunks and disrespectful behavior .. We welcome good people into our community.. God willing ... We offer a very friendly and humble place for all to live in peace
Simply the best place in the county if you can get an opportunity to live here you will be truly blessed the owners actually work and help anybody they can a true sign of decent people
It's not the newest of parks but it has incredible, humble people there who would do anything for you. Very friendly and quaint with a western or country type environment. The owners (2 women ) are very easy to work with and very negotiable. They are very friendly and physically get out and work hard to improve their little community. The last 3 years they have made MANY improvements. It's nice to see they care and want it to look loved. The location is great because you could walk to most everywhere.
The people who live here are very nice...
A very homey place these people that own it are a kind wonderful considerate people many people including me they have gone out of their way to help no ma'am not many people will do that these days it's just a simple laid-back Park that most people when they get here don't want to leave it is a happy place
