Over a twenty minute wait to get a product that was locked in cabinet. One of the employees did greet me kindly, and tried to notify a manager, but after twenty minutes and a second attempt to ask for a manager to open the cabinet, I got brushed off by the employees. Not happy!
Very helpful in selecting a fish as our child's first pet and was helpful in doing refund when one of the two fish didn't make the trip home.
